The First Baptist Church of Gretna is a loving and friendly group of people who strive to honor, follow, and serve Jesus Christ in all things. We are a diverse congregation from many walks of life who believe that meeting together in community is essential for faith development. 
We value worship, fellowship, mission, and discipleship as the avenues through which we explore our faith and grow closer to God.  
We believe that we are one part of the larger, universal Church. Because of the importance of working together, FBCG joins with other congregations to share the love of Jesus with the world. Specifically, we affiliate with the Staunton River Baptist Association, the Baptist General Association of Virginia, and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
